In the annual rankings released by YouGov, the internet polling firm, Baskin-Robbins has been crowned the number one fast food chain in the United States.

The rankings are determined based on the percentage of customers who reported having a positive perception of a brand.

Taking the second spot on the list is another beloved ice cream destination, Dairy Queen, closely followed by Wendy’s, renowned for its delectable fries and Frosty treats.

While some popular chains ranked lower in the list, they were not far behind. Taco Bell secured the sixth position, while Subway claimed the eighth spot. McDonald’s found itself at number ten, and Panera Bread landed at fourteen.

Chick-fil-A, celebrated for its exceptional customer service and Southern hospitality, achieved the sixteenth spot in the rankings.

Interestingly, three notable chains failed to secure a place in the top 20. Burger King narrowly missed the cutoff, coming in at the 21st position out of 50. Chipotle wasn’t far behind, securing the 24th spot, and Starbucks, widely recognized as America’s biggest and most iconic coffee chain, surprisingly ranked at 36.

The rankings also featured some less-known chains towards the bottom of the list. Shake Shack occupied the 48th position, with Smoothie King following closely behind at 49. Smoothie King, in a twist, managed to secure the final spot on the list.

In a surprising turn of events, a lesser-known grocery chain was recently named America’s best, surpassing major chains such as Trader Joe’s and Sam’s Club.
