Five announces long-awaited reunion tour, capping it off in Glasgow
Five, the chart-topping British boyband, has officially announced their first full reunion in 25 years, sending fans into a frenzy. The iconic group—Abz Love, J Brown, Ritchie Neville, Scott Robinson, and Sean Conlon—will embark on a 12-date UK tour, Keep On Movin’, later this year. The tour will conclude with a grand finale in Glasgow, marking a momentous return for the original line-up after decades apart.
A Reunion Decades in the Making
Since their split in 2001, Five has performed in various formations, sometimes as a trio or a four-piece, but never as a complete unit. Now, for the first time since their heyday, all five original members will take the stage together, reigniting the energy and chemistry that made them one of the UK’s biggest pop acts of the late 90s and early 2000s.
Scott Robinson expressed his excitement, saying, “This has been a long time coming. It finally feels right for all of us. We’re more than ready to hit the road and give fans the reunion they’ve been waiting for.”
Abz Love added, “It’s been an incredible journey, and coming back together like this feels special. We can’t wait to bring the hits back to life.”
A Nostalgic Tour with Iconic Hits
Kicking off on October 31 in Brighton, the Keep On Movin’ tour will take Five to major cities, including London, Manchester, and Birmingham, before culminating in a highly anticipated final show at Glasgow’s OVO Hydro on November 16.
Fans can expect live performances of their biggest anthems, including If Ya Gettin’ Down, Keep On Movin’, and their reimagined version of We Will Rock You, featuring rock legends Brian May and Roger Taylor.
Adding to the excitement, the group has enlisted DJ Naughty Boy as their support act. “Five bad boys and a naughty boy—this is going to be something special,” said Love, teasing an electric atmosphere for the upcoming shows.
A Legacy of Pop Greatness
Since forming in 1997, Five has sold over 20 million records worldwide, dominated the UK charts with 11 top-10 singles, and secured four top-10 albums. Their reunion marks 25 years since they won the Brit Award for Best Pop Act in 2000, cementing their place in British music history.
The band’s return has already sparked massive anticipation, with fans eager to relive the magic of their youth. Tickets go on general sale on Friday, March 7 at 10am, with an exclusive pre-sale available on Wednesday, March 5.
