Knightley dazzles in vintage florals as she joins Waddingham for the woman in cabin 10 debut

Keira Knightley radiated vintage elegance at the London premiere of The Woman in Cabin 10, where she warmly greeted co-star Hannah Waddingham on the blue carpet.

The 40-year-old actress turned heads in an olive green, floral-embroidered gown that shimmered with intricate beading and diamond embellishments. Adding a distinctive twist, she cinched her waist with twin brown belts and topped the look with a lace ruff at her neckline. Black lace-up boots grounded the ensemble, while a glowing makeup palette completed the striking aesthetic.

Knightley, known for her roles in Pirates of the Caribbean and Atonement, looked delighted as she embraced Waddingham, 51, who brought her own bold glamour to the event.

The Ted Lasso star commanded attention in a plunging denim corset dress that accentuated her figure. The gown featured detailed black beading on the pockets, lending a dramatic edge to her blue carpet look. Confident and playful, Waddingham posed effortlessly for photographers before sharing a laugh and a hug with Knightley.

The star-studded premiere at BAFTA Piccadilly also saw the arrival of Guy Pearce, who cut a sophisticated figure in a velvet tuxedo jacket paired with navy trousers and a white T-shirt. The Australian actor, 57, added to the evening’s polished aesthetic while mingling with his co-stars.

Daniel Ings kept things understated in a black blazer, button-down shirt, and grey tailored trousers, while Norwegian actress Gitte Witt stunned in a daring take on the little black dress. Her off-the-shoulder gown, with its dramatic voluminous sleeves, showcased her legs and earned her praise as one of the night’s standout looks.

David Ajala, known for his role in Star Trek: Discovery, injected a splash of colour into the evening in a royal blue jacket with canvas trim, matched to sleek trousers. His stylish appearance turned heads and complemented the night’s glamorous theme.

The premiere introduced audiences to Netflix’s upcoming psychological thriller, The Woman in Cabin 10. Knightley stars as travel journalist Laura “Lo” Blacklock, who embarks on a luxury yacht assignment only to witness something chilling. Late one night, she sees a passenger being thrown overboard — but when she raises the alarm, she is told that no one is missing and that she must have imagined it.

The film, adapted from Ruth Ware’s 2016 bestselling novel, promises suspense, mystery, and twists designed to keep audiences guessing. It marks another major step in Netflix’s investment in high-profile literary adaptations and showcases Knightley in a role blending glamour with psychological tension.

For Knightley, the evening was as much about reuniting with castmates as it was about unveiling the film. Her affectionate exchange with Waddingham highlighted the bond the cast forged during production, while their fashion statements underscored their individual star power. As cameras flashed and fans gathered, the premiere combined red-carpet spectacle with the promise of a gripping cinematic release. With The Woman in Cabin 10 set for release in October, anticipation is building for a thriller that combines star wattage with an unsettling story of paranoia and intrigue.
