Primark home delivery is coming to Great Britain for the first time, but shoppers are still waiting for a launch date and delivery prices

Primark has confirmed plans to introduce home delivery in Great Britain, marking a major change for a retailer that has long resisted sending online orders directly to customers.

The budget fashion chain already allows shoppers to order selected products online through Click & Collect, but customers currently have to visit a Primark store to pick up their purchases.

That is now set to change. In its official home delivery announcement, Primark said it had decided to introduce home delivery in Great Britain in the future following the success of Click & Collect and changes in the way customers shop online.

However, several important details remain unanswered, including when Primark delivery will launch, how much it will cost and which products will be available.
