A glamorous Isle of Man wedding celebration was abruptly disrupted by police intervention
The lavish wedding celebration of Venezuela Fury took a dramatic turn after police were called to the reception venue and arrested a man during the evening festivities.
The 16 year old daughter of heavyweight boxing star Tyson Fury married 19 year old Noah Price on the Isle of Man on Saturday, 16 May 2026, in a high profile ceremony attended by family, friends and celebrity guests.
The couple exchanged vows earlier in the day before travelling to the Comis Hotel near Douglas for a lavish reception. Guests reportedly included influencer Molly-Mae Hague and her daughter Bambi, who served as one of the bridesmaids. Singer Peter Andre also performed during the celebrations.
But the atmosphere changed dramatically later that evening when police vehicles arrived at the hotel. According to reports, officers were called to the venue shortly after 9.30pm.
The Isle of Man Constabulary later confirmed that a man had been arrested and that enquiries remain ongoing. Authorities have not released details regarding the identity of the individual or the circumstances surrounding the arrest.
In a statement, police said officers attended the Comis Hotel in Santon on the evening of Saturday 16 May 2026. They confirmed an arrest had been made but declined to comment further while investigations continue.
Witnesses reportedly saw officers carrying what appeared to be an evidence bag containing cash and a mobile phone after arriving at the venue. However, no official explanation has been provided about the incident or why police were called to the wedding reception.
Before the disruption, the event had unfolded as a glamorous celebration filmed for the family’s Netflix series, At Home With The Furys. Reports described an extravagant setting featuring thousands of flowers, a towering wedding cake and vintage chauffeur driven cars.
Venezuela Fury reportedly wore a gown she helped design herself, complete with an extended train, while the wedding party included numerous bridesmaids dressed by Liverpool based designers.
Tyson Fury was seen sharing a first dance with his daughter before police arrived at the venue. Earlier in the evening, the former heavyweight champion delivered an emotional speech congratulating the newlyweds and wishing them a happy future together.
Several notable members of the Fury family were absent from the celebrations. Tommy Fury reportedly remained in Manchester due to his boxing training commitments, while Tyson Fury’s father John Fury also did not attend.
The wedding has attracted widespread attention online due to Venezuela Fury’s age, with discussions continuing across social media following the ceremony. Marriage at 16 is legal on the Isle of Man with parental consent.
Despite the police incident overshadowing part of the evening, neither the Fury family nor hotel management has publicly commented on the arrest. Investigations by the Isle of Man Constabulary remain active.
