King Charles aims to bring Princess Beatrice and Eugenie back into royal duties despite past controversies.
King Charles is reportedly planning to reintegrate Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie into the royal fold, marking a significant shift in strategy for the monarchy. After a period of relative distance from official duties, the monarch appears ready to make a bold move in re-engaging Prince Andrew’s daughters in royal events.
Royal commentator Ephraim Hardcastle revealed that Charles’ decision to involve the two princesses in upcoming duties is a surprising one. While the royal family has faced public scrutiny over their actions in recent years, the timing of this change appears calculated to rebuild the monarchy’s image and present a more unified front.

In 2013, she was at the centre of a traffic mishap at a trade event in Berlin, which led to harsh comments from an official who described the situation as “a laughing stock.” The comment, which suggested Beatrice and Eugenie should “b***** off and marry millionaires,” has remained a point of tension.
However, the sisters have not faded from public attention. Both Beatrice and Eugenie, often seen alongside their mother, Sarah Ferguson, the Duchess of York, have maintained a presence in the media. Their continued involvement in various public activities, as well as Beatrice’s recent assumption of more official royal duties, points to a significant shift in their roles.
In addition to their more prominent roles in recent years, the princesses have been linked to Meghan Markle, with speculation surrounding their potential support for her upcoming television show. “I very much doubt they [senior members of the Royal Family] will watch her show – though Eugenie and Beatrice might tune in,” royal expert Jennie Bond suggested.
Despite their complicated history with the royal family, Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie remain in the public’s eye, and King Charles’ plan to include them in future royal events is seen as an attempt to strengthen the family’s unity as they move forward.
