The 31-year-old, forced to retire from WWE in 2018 due to an injury, candidly shared the distressing chapter of her life during an interview. The incident occurred one year before her retirement when explicit photos and videos surfaced online, exposing her to immense vulnerability and public scrutiny.

Recalling the ordeal on Renee Paquette’s podcast, The Sessions, Bevis described the moment she first learned about the leak in San Antonio as ‘just the most awful moment’ of her life. Bevis vividly recounted the emotional turmoil she experienced, running away from her residence in shock and hiding in a bush out of fear that people would recognize her. In her own words, Bevis expressed the profound toll the incident took on her mental health, saying, “I didn’t really want to be alive anymore, dude.” She reflected on feeling ‘so f**king sad’ and the dread of facing disappointment from her father, who she believed would be ‘disappointed’ with her.

Hiding in the bush, she made a crucial call to her father, apologizing and anticipating his disappointment. To her surprise, her father’s response was a beacon of support, reminding her that mistakes happen, and he was still proud of her.
