Cory Beschorner faces heartbreak as their son Tyler Beschorner dies in a fatal collision

In a heartbreaking turn of events, Cory Beschorner, an employee of the New York State Department of Transportation, was called to the scene of a deadly hit-and-run without knowing that his own son, Tyler Beschorner, was the victim of the tragic collision.

The incident occurred on Route 363 in Binghamton, New York, where 29-year-old Tyler was fatally struck by a car earlier this month. Cory, unaware of his son’s involvement, responded to the call to assist with road closures following the crash.

In an emotional statement to WBNG, Cory expressed the shock and devastation of discovering that his son was the one killed in the accident, describing it as “one of our worst nightmares.”

Meanwhile, Tyler’s family is grappling with the loss and seeking answers about the circumstances of the incident. Shanay Beschorner, Tyler’s mother, expressed her desire not to harbour hate or anger, emphasizing that it would not change the situation or bring Tyler back.

Tyler’s seven-year-old son, Jayden, is reportedly struggling to cope with the loss of his father, feeling alone despite the support of his family.
