Christine Brown shares heartfelt tribute following her nephew’s tragic death

Christine Brown, well-known for her role in the reality TV show “Sister Wives,” has publicly addressed the sorrowful passing of her nephew, Garrison Brown, who died at the age of 25. The news of Garrison’s death, resulting from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound, was confirmed by the Flagstaff PD, casting a shadow of grief over the Brown family.

In a touching Instagram post, Christine reminisced about Garrison’s kind-hearted nature and his special bond with her youngest daughter, Truly. She shared a poignant video of Garrison, showing him engaging in a tender moment with Truely, working together on a flowerbed at their home. Through her post, Christine emphasized the profound impact Garrison had on their lives, expressing, “We’ll miss him forever.”

Garrison Brown, son of Kody Brown, 55, and Janelle Brown, 54, was a familiar face on the “Sister Wives” series, which has captivated viewers since its premiere in 2010. The show provides an intimate look into the lives of the polygamist Brown family, led by patriarch Kody and his four wives, Meri, Janelle, Christine, and Robyn, alongside their 18 children.

Following 27 years of spiritual marriage with Kody, Christine announced their separation in November 2021, a decision shared publicly with their followers. The couple vowed to maintain a strong co-parenting relationship for their six children. Christine later found love again and married David Woolley in October 2023.

Janelle and Kody also parted ways in December 2022, while Meri and Kody announced their split in January 2023 after 32 years of marriage. Amid these changes, Robyn remains Kody’s only wife.

Garrison’s journey, including his aspirations to join the Army and his service in the National Guard, was documented on “Sister Wives,” as were the challenges he faced, such as moving out due to strict COVID-19 precautions set by his father.

The family, along with the show’s network, TLC, has expressed their deep sadness and requested privacy as they mourn Garrison’s loss. “We are devastated to hear of the tragic loss of Garrison Brown,” TLC stated, extending their condolences to the Brown family during this difficult period.

As tributes pour in, Garrison is remembered as a “bright spot in the lives of all who knew him,” leaving a void that deeply affects his family and loved ones. In these moments of remembrance, the Browns seek solace in honoring Garrison’s memory and the joy he brought to their lives
