In this explosive season of The Backstabbers, cunning players are serving up each other’s betrayals on a silver platter for the Devotees, creating a web of intrigue to divert suspicion from themselves.

A recent pivotal round table moment shook things up as Miles, a recruit in the Traitors’ circle since the beginning of season two, decided he wouldn’t surrender without a fight. For most of the series, Miles expertly flew under the radar, but his cover was blown when the cloak-clad group was tasked with ‘eliminating’ a Devotee by offering a poisoned chalice.

Volunteering for the sinister task, Miles, who routinely played bartender to the cast, orchestrated the demise of Diane, leading to her heartbreaking eviction. However, Miles hadn’t anticipated the betrayal from fellow Traitor Paul, who attempted to throw him under the bus when suspicions arose about Diane’s murderer.

In a bid to save himself and appear virtuous, Paul pointed fingers at Miles, revealing that Miles had served the fatal drink to Diane. The revelation prompted Miles to confront Paul in a dramatic round-table showdown.

In an exclusive interview with The Sun, the veterinary nurse spilled the beans on one of the show’s most tense moments. Describing the ordeal, Miles shared, “I addressed the group collectively, and they said, ‘Well, actually, Paul is bringing this information.’ I thought, how convenient. So I mentally prepared for a face-off between Paul and me.”

Despite his quiet on-screen persona, Miles asserted that in reality, he was outspoken and always voiced his perspective to his co-stars. “I knew it was going to be a back-and-forth, so I was ready for a standoff with him,” Miles added.

Attempting to lay the groundwork before the round table, Miles acknowledged the challenge of facing the scrutiny of friends. He stated, “It’s intimidating when you know your friends are starting to scrutinise you. We knew we’d have to go against each other. It was a good standoff; we both brought the heat. He felt the pressure too.”

Interestingly, despite Paul being the catalyst for Miles’ eviction from the Traitors, the Worcestershire resident holds no grudges. Miles appreciates Paul’s jovial and charismatic nature, acknowledging that Paul is “hiding in plain sight.” The plot thickens as The Backstabbers continue to keep viewers on the edge of their seats with their tangled web of deception and betrayal.
