After months of speculation, Gwyneth Paltrow has spoken out about her alleged rivalry with Meghan Markle. The Goop founder directly addressed the rumours in a new video, seemingly putting an end to the controversy surrounding their supposed feud.

Social media quickly speculated that Paltrow and Markle were locked in a silent battle, especially after Paltrow posted an Instagram reel of herself making breakfast—just as Markle’s show gained traction.
However, in a recent Instagram story, Paltrow tackled the topic head-on. She shared a video responding to a fan’s question: “Are you comprehending the Meghan Markle beef that social media says you two have?” In the clip, Paltrow looked visibly puzzled before responding, “I genuinely do not understand this, at all, whatsoever… Do you understand this?”
She then turned the camera to reveal Meghan Markle herself, casually sitting across the table and enjoying a slice of pie. The Duchess of Sussex merely shrugged before flashing a smile—her only response to the ongoing drama.
Shutting Down the Narrative
This is not the first time Paltrow has addressed the rumours. Earlier this month, in an interview with Vanity Fair, she dismissed claims of competition between them.
