In the latest episode of The Kardashians, the SKIMS founder revealed that she was invited to Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s multi-million dollar wedding in Mumbai through a mutual friend. The Ambanis, one of the wealthiest families in the world, are known for their opulent celebrations, but Kardashian admitted she had never even heard of them before.

“I actually don’t know the Ambanis,” Kim revealed during a confessional segment. “We definitely have friends in common.”

Kim explained that she was introduced to the Ambani family through renowned jeweller Lorraine Schwartz, a close friend who designs high-end jewellery for celebrities and billionaires alike.

“Lorraine Schwartz is one of our good friends — she’s a jeweller — she does jewellery for the Ambani family,” Kim shared. “She told me that she was going to their wedding, and they would love to invite me. We just kinda went on a whim and said sure.”

Kim and her sister Khloé Kardashian accepted the invite, jetting off to Mumbai to witness one of the most extravagant weddings in history. And it wasn’t just the wedding itself that left them speechless—the invitation alone was a spectacle.
