A new lawsuit accuses Sean Diddy Combs of sexual assault, revealing disturbing words before the attack

Sean Diddy Combs faces fresh allegations of sexual assault as another woman comes forward with a lawsuit detailing a disturbing encounter. The lawsuit, filed in New York State Supreme Court, describes an incident from 2016 when Combs allegedly assaulted her at Club Playhouse in Los Angeles.

According to the complaint, Combs approached the woman and offered her a drink. When she refused, he allegedly snapped, “B****, I’m not asking you. Drink that s*** and shut the f*** up.” She claims he then forcefully slid the glass towards her, making her feel pressured to consume it.

The woman alleges that after she took the drink, Combs placed his arm around her in a side hug before shoving his hand up her skirt, saying, “B****, I do what I want, take that s***.” When she resisted, Combs reportedly laughed, appearing amused by her discomfort.

The complaint states that after he let her leave, she felt increasingly disoriented. By the time she arrived at her hotel, she was dizzy, light-headed, and unable to stand without assistance. The hotel staff had to help her to her room. The next morning, she discovered bruising and tearing around her genital area, “likely resulting from the assault.” However, the lawsuit does not claim that her drink was spiked.

Combs’ lawyer denied the allegations, stating, “No matter how many lawsuits are filed—especially by individuals who refuse to put their own names behind their claims—it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor.”

“We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court,” the statement continued.

Combs remains in custody at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center, facing federal charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution. Denied bail three times, he is set to stand trial in May, maintaining his plea of not guilty.
