Community mourns the loss of Elizabeth Bell, remembered as a bright, friendly, kind, and caring soul
Heartfelt tributes are pouring in for 11-year-old Elizabeth Bell, who tragically lost her life after being struck by a bin lorry while on her way to school. The devastating incident occurred on January 31, at approximately 8:05 am, on the B6105 near East Gordon in the Scottish Borders.
Despite the valiant efforts of emergency responders, Elizabeth succumbed to her injuries a week later, passing away on February 7 at the Royal Hospital for Children in Edinburgh.
