Reports indicate that Keaton’s health had declined rapidly, and Allen was unaware of her condition. “He was surprised,” a source said, emphasising that her worsening health came suddenly.
Throughout her storied career, Keaton delivered iconic performances across multiple films, many in collaboration with Allen. Her signature role came in Annie Hall, for which she won the Academy Award for Best Actress — a film long associated with her real-life history with Allen.
