Goyal secretly weds former model Munoz; Couple returns from honeymoon in February
Zomato CEO Deepinder Goyal has reportedly married Mexican entrepreneur Grecia Munoz, marking a significant personal milestone for the tech entrepreneur. The marriage between Goyal and Munoz, a former model, took place a few months ago, and the newlyweds returned to India from their honeymoon in February, according to sources cited in a report by The Hindustan Times.
Despite the lack of formal announcement on social media platforms, Munoz’s Instagram profile hinted at her new status. Her Instagram bio now reads, “now at home in India,” suggesting her relocation to the country following the marriage. Munoz has also shared glimpses of her experiences in Delhi, offering followers a peek into her new life.

This union marks a significant chapter for Goyal, who was previously married to Kanchan Joshi, his fellow alumnus from IIT Delhi.
The news of Goyal’s marriage comes amidst recent controversy surrounding Zomato’s “Pure veg Mode” service. Goyal faced criticism for the initiative, which segregated delivery riders based on their food preferences. Following feedback from customers, particularly vegetarians, Goyal announced the withdrawal of the service, emphasizing that all Zomato delivery riders would now wear the color red, irrespective of their dietary preferences.
