Nevada residents triumph in legal battle against real water brand for health damages

Residents of Nevada have emerged victorious in a landmark legal case against the bottled water brand Real Water, securing a staggering $130 million in compensation after consuming water contaminated with a hazardous chemical compound.

The lawsuit, stemming from the consumption of Real Water, a popular bottled water brand marketed for its purported health benefits, unfolded over a prolonged period, revealing harrowing accounts of health deterioration and irreversible damage among consumers.

Tragically, the consumption of Real Water proved fatal for one individual, while several others suffered severe health consequences, including liver failure and loss of limb control. The water, contaminated with hydrazine, a toxic chemical used in rocket fuel, inflicted excruciating pain and irreversible harm upon those who ingested it.

Among the plaintiffs, Myles Hunwardsen’s plight epitomizes the devastating impact of Real Water contamination. At the tender age of 29, Hunwardsen underwent a life-saving liver transplant due to the debilitating effects of the tainted water. Similarly, Jazmin Schaffer, Tina Hartshorn, Miriam Brody, and Christina Sosa endured profound suffering, grappling with the ravages of liver failure inflicted by the contaminated beverage.

Real Water’s culpability in the ordeal was underscored by its admission of negligence, acknowledging the inadvertent inclusion of hydrazine during the water manufacturing process.
