Stephen A. Smith stuns fans with his bold claim that Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce will wed in 2025

Sports commentator Stephen A. Smith has made a bold prediction that has sent Swifties and NFL fans into a frenzy—he believes Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce will get married in 2025.

During his appearance on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon on March 5, Smith reacted to one of Fallon’s “hot take” predictions about the couple’s wedding plans. Instead of dismissing it as speculation, he doubled down, claiming he fully expects the pop megastar and the NFL champion to tie the knot this year.

“Travis Kelce, that’s my dog. A lot of ladies love Travis Kelce,” Smith remarked, before adding a pointed observation: “Travis Kelce has loved a lot of ladies. But Taylor Swift is a different animal.”

Smith then explained why he believes wedding bells are imminent. “She looks good, she’s incredibly talented, and she’s worth about a billion,” he said, suggesting that Kelce would be unlikely to walk away from a relationship with someone as accomplished as Swift. In a tongue-in-cheek moment, he called the singer a “three-headed monster that’s hard to turn down.”

Swift and Kelce’s high-profile romance has been under intense scrutiny since they started dating in 2023. The Lover singer has been a fixture at Kansas City Chiefs games, frequently spotted cheering from the stands as Kelce played a pivotal role in securing the team’s AFC Championship win.

Despite the public attention, neither Swift nor Kelce has commented on any engagement rumours. However, their relationship has only grown stronger, with the couple often spotted together at major events.

Smith’s prediction may be purely speculative, but given Swift’s history of keeping her personal life tightly under wraps, it wouldn’t be entirely shocking if wedding plans were already in motion.

For now, fans will have to wait and see if Smith’s hot take turns into reality—or if it’s just another over-the-top sports prediction that doesn’t pan out.
