Jeddah food cluster to revolutionize Saudi Arabia’s food industry and boost global trade

Saudi Arabia has unveiled the Jeddah Food Cluster, the world’s largest food park, with ambitions to reshape the Kingdom’s role in the global food industry. The monumental project, spanning an impressive 11 million square metres, aims to attract SR20 billion ($5.3 billion) in investments while generating more than 43,000 jobs.

The cluster, recognised by Guinness World Records for its unparalleled scale, was inaugurated on 24 November during a high-profile ceremony. The event was led by Prince Saud bin Mishal, deputy governor of Makkah, under the patronage of Prince Khaled Al-Faisal, governor of the Makkah region. Notable attendees included Saudi Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources, Bandar Alkhorayef, and other senior officials.
