Dickie Arbiter blasts Andrew’s judgment, predicts legal disaster: ‘Not the brightest’ move

Former lawyer of Jeffrey Epstein faces backlash for implicating late Queen Elizabeth II in Prince Andrew’s settlement with Virginia Giuffre.

Alan Dershowitz, a longtime associate of Epstein and his defence lawyer, recently commented on Andrew’s decision to settle the lawsuit with Giuffre, calling it a “terrible mistake.” Dershowitz shockingly implied that the late Queen pressured Andrew to settle, drawing criticism for dragging her into the controversy.

Royal commentator Dickie Arbiter slammed Dershowitz’s comments as “disrespectful” and urged him to refrain from involving the Queen in discussions related to Epstein’s case. Arbiter emphasised that Elizabeth wasn’t Dershowitz’s Queen and criticised the timing of these remarks, considering the Queen had passed away over a year ago.

Andrew settled the lawsuit in 2022, denying the allegations against him and avoiding a public court battle. Giuffre accused Epstein of trafficking her to Dershowitz between 2000 and 2002, which he has vehemently denied. Despite dropping the defamation case against Dershowitz in 2022 without any monetary settlement, Dershowitz continues to speculate about Andrew’s decision.

Dershowitz’s claim that Andrew would have won the case if pursued in court was dismissed by Arbiter as mere speculation. Arbiter criticised Dershowitz for unnecessarily involving himself and making baseless assumptions about the late Queen’s involvement.

The unsealed court files revealed shocking allegations against Epstein, Maxwell, and Andrew, including claims of involvement in sexual activities on Epstein’s private island. Sarah Ransome reiterated previous claims about Epstein filming Andrew, alongside Bill Clinton and Richard Branson, engaged in sexual activities with an unnamed person.

Arbiter expressed public anger over the ongoing controversy and Andrew’s continued association with the scandal. He noted that Andrew has been isolated by his family and criticised his decision-making abilities, citing his infamous 2019 Newsnight interview as evidence.

Amid resurfaced allegations, Andrew was seen at his Royal Lodge home in Windsor, denying any wrongdoing, a stance echoed by Clinton and Branson regarding the sex tape claims.
