The latest revelation comes after Harry quietly returned to London to appeal a legal ruling over his personal security arrangements. But while he was just miles from Buckingham Palace, he did not visit his ailing father. Sources told People magazine that the distance between the Duke of Sussex and the monarch is as stark as ever.
