The Duchess of Sussex, who has been vocal about her struggles with racial abuse while in the Royal Family, is now being questioned for her silence. This follows claims by Dr Sophie Chandauka, chair of Sentebale—Prince Harry’s charity—who has accused the Royal of racism.

Royal commentator Lee Cohen has called out Meghan’s apparent double standard. Writing for The Sun, he noted how she previously spoke about the damaging effects of online hate but remains silent now that her own circle is implicated.

“If Meghan truly understands the cruel impact of online abuse, why won’t she and Prince Harry condemn the disgraceful behaviour of their so-called ‘Sussex Squad’ supporters who have repeatedly stirred up unforgivable chaos?” Cohen wrote.

The controversy comes amid growing tensions at Sentebale, the organisation Harry co-founded in 2006. The fallout has intensified as critics demand accountability from the Sussexes, who built their public image on social justice and equality.
