Kim Kardashian reportedly called an emergency custody hearing after Kanye West’s latest unsettling actions
Kim Kardashian is taking no chances when it comes to her children’s safety, reportedly keeping her lawyer on speed dial due to concerns over Kanye West’s unpredictable behavior.
A source close to the reality star revealed that Kim recently had to intervene after learning that Kanye planned to introduce their 11-year-old daughter, North West, to controversial figures Andrew and Tristan Tate during a scheduled visit. The incident led Kim to abruptly end the meeting, citing serious concerns about the environment in which her children were spending time.
According to the insider, Kim wants her children to have a relationship with their father but struggles with his erratic behaviour. “When Kanye’s not around, it’s very sad for the kids. North especially asks to see him,” the source explained. “But when he is around, it often causes frustration and stress for Kim.”
The custody tensions escalated further on March 14, when Kim and Kanye sat down with their attorneys and a mediator to discuss his recent music release. The controversy stemmed from North’s appearance on Kanye’s song, “LONELY ROADS STILL GO TO SUNSHINE,” alongside Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, who is currently facing federal charges, including sex trafficking.

Kanye, who has previously faced backlash for antisemitic comments and homophobic social media posts, continues to spark controversy with his parenting choices and public associations.
With tensions continuing to mount, Kim is reportedly focused on ensuring that their children can spend time with their father in a safe and stable environment.
