Kanye storms out of interview after incest, murder, and gay confession send shockwaves online

Kanye West stormed out of an interview with Piers Morgan after being confronted about his latest wave of disturbing and erratic behaviour—an encounter that ended in chaos and triggered global shock. The rapper, now known as Ye, barely lasted two minutes on Piers Morgan Uncensored before he tore off his mic and left the set, prompting the host to brand him a “big baby.”

The interview was set to air this Thursday, but the drama began early when Piers teased the meltdown on X, writing: “As I expected, given what I’ve said about him recently, it didn’t last long or go well.” Morgan then shared a photo of Ye just before the outburst, adding: “This was him right before he stomped off like a big baby.”

Footage shared by influencer Sneako, who accompanied Ye to the interview, captured the moment the rapper got up and exited. Dressed in sunglasses and a dark outfit, Ye insisted, “There is so much love in the art that I put out,” before turning on Morgan. “We need to rewind… this is what you get for now, we can circle back when you can count.” With that, he stood up and walked away, leaving Sneako behind to explain that Morgan had been “patronising him intentionally.”

This latest episode adds to an increasingly chaotic and unsettling string of public appearances and posts by the 47-year-old Grammy winner. Just days before the Morgan interview, Ye sparked outrage by publicly confessing to sexually abusing his male cousin during childhood—a claim he shared with his 19 million followers on X.

“My name is Ye and I sucked my cousin’s d**k till I was 14,” he wrote. The disturbing statement, which has garnered over six million views, was followed by further explanation that the act inspired a new track titled COUSIN. The song, he said, was about the same cousin, who is now serving a life sentence for murdering a pregnant woman.

Ye said the abuse was linked to early exposure to adult magazines. “My dad had Playboy magazines but the magazines I found in the top of my mom’s closet were different.” He added, “Perhaps in my self-centred mess I felt it was my fault that I showed him those dirty magazines when he was 6 and then we acted out what we saw.”

The confession triggered an avalanche of criticism and concern, not only over the content but Ye’s mental state. The accompanying music video, reported by E! News, features grotesque imagery, including a topless woman whose nipples have been digitally replaced with swastikas.

Adding fuel to the fire, Ye appeared to come out as gay during a manic livestream in which he wore a black face mask and ranted about his ex-wife Kim Kardashian and their children. “I ain’t got no motherf**g legacy na, you think I am s****ing out,” he shouted, before stating: “I’m gay,” though much of the audio was muffled or unclear.

This spiralling sequence of confessions, accusations, and walkouts has sparked widespread calls for platforms to intervene. Critics argue Ye’s behaviour is no longer just controversial—it’s dangerous. Supporters of mental health advocacy have raised alarms, demanding urgent intervention before the situation worsens further.

What began as a high-profile interview quickly devolved into a global spectacle of collapse, leaving Piers Morgan to sum it up bluntly: “It didn’t go well.
