Kanye West expresses regret after making sexual remarks about Kamala Harris on X.

Kanye West has apologised to Kamala Harris’ children, Ella and Cole Emhoff, after making a controversial and distasteful comment about the US Vice President. The rapper, who shared explicit remarks about Harris on the social media platform X, deleted the post and issued a public apology to her family.

The initial tweet, posted on Saturday, read: “I used to want to f–k Kamala until she lost. I don’t f–k losers anymore.” Following backlash, Kanye continued with a follow-up post, stating, “The Democrats made me take the loser post down. Naw I’m kidding. Dey don’t control black people no more. Trump 4 life.”

However, after further reflection, West later expressed regret, focusing his apology directly at Kamala Harris’ children. “Kamala seems like a very nice human, I just wanna say sorry to her kids,” he tweeted.

The apology comes just days after West made another statement about former President Donald Trump, declaring, “The world is so lucky to have me.” He followed this with, “Trump’s back in office. Ye’s back a billionaire. The world might just be ok.”

Kanye West’s comments on social media continue to stir controversy, and this latest apology highlights the unpredictable nature of his public statements. Whether this apology will be accepted by those involved remains to be seen, but the incident further exemplifies the tensions between West, political figures, and the public.
