Hi! I'm

Jag Chaggar

Director, Tutis Estates

ABOUT ME

How did Tutis Estates start?

A company in Birmingham poorly managed my portfolio of properties. I decided to take back the management and offer my services to other landlords who were faced with the same situation as me, with the promise that they would never have the negative experience I had. As a landlord turned agent, I understand the property market from both a landlord and business point of view and am in a unique position to keep that promise.

And now?

Our current managed portfolio is growing and is worth over £35,000,000. From residential lettings and management to business transfers and online property auctions. The property industry is moving with great momentum, and we want to be a one-stop shop for our client's requirements. Therefore, most recently we have incorporated the modern method of selling into our business model, offering sellers no cost to sell their property #SellForFree.

I collaborate with developers, investors, and partners across the Middle East and Asia to provide them with exclusive opportunities and access to off-market opportunities within the UK. We then source tenants for these properties and provide our international clients with a desirable return on their investment.

My vision is simple, we are property investors, so I understand our clients’ expectations, hopes and dreams. That is why I am passionate and driven to ensure that our clients not only have a great investing experience but also the peace of mind of knowing that their investments are safe, secure and protected. I care for your investment like it is my own.

My mission is to make the property process a seamless experience. From first-time buyers to serial investors, I understand the obstacles that they can face, and I am here to solve their problems.

In my spare time, I enjoy playing football and attending track days across the UK. I also write articles and blogs for Coventry Telegraph's online publication, Coventry Live on property matters, news and market trends.
