Two IDF officers perish in clashes with hamas in northern Gaza, as tensions escalate with anti-aircraft missile striking an evacuated Israeli village

Two Israeli officers, Captain Elay Elisha Lugasi and Captain Roy Miller, met their tragic end in separate skirmishes within the northern Gaza Strip on July 3, 2024. In a distressing turn later that afternoon, an anti-aircraft missile fired from Gaza struck a residence in the evacuated Israeli community of Kfar Maimon. While the incident caused property damage, fortunately, no injuries were reported despite sirens sounding throughout the community.
