Arrowhead’s acclaimed sci-fi shooter, Helldivers 2, which initially saw tremendous success as PlayStation’s fastest-selling game, has encountered a significant setback on the PC platform. Despite a robust start, the game’s player base on Steam has dwindled drastically, plummeting to just 10% of its peak concurrent players since launch.

As of the latest data, Helldivers 2’s peak player count on Steam has fallen precipitously. Initially reported at 458,709 players, the figure has decreased by 90%, now averaging approximately 41,860 concurrent players over the past 30 days.
