Despite the usual harshness of Rotten Tomatoes’ critics, the show’s first season has garnered an impressive 91% rating, with audiences scoring it at 81%. Quite the feat, isn’t it?

The Guardian’s review proclaimed, “Finally, Harrison Ford proves he can do TV comedy,” showcasing Ford’s seamless transition to the small screen.

Among a cast of stars, Ford’s performance steals the spotlight, leaving viewers questioning whether he’s truly acting or effortlessly being himself. Social media buzzes with fans debating his authenticity in the role.

One enthusiast tweeted, “Harrison Ford is a great actor…but he’s totally not acting in ‘Shrinking.’ Hilarious.”

Another chimed in, “Shrinking is really good, but Harrison Ford is fantastic. I’m not even sure he’s acting, I feel like that might just be him.”

NPR added to the acclaim, stating, “The biggest headline about Shrinking has probably been the involvement of Harrison Ford, who gives the funniest performance I’ve seen from him… maybe ever?”

Ford’s journey to stardom ignited with his iconic roles in “Star Wars: Episode IV – A New Hope” in 1977 as Han Solo and later as Indiana Jones in “Raiders of the Lost Ark,” propelling him into the stratosphere of fame. His indelible mark on cinema continues to captivate audiences, proving his versatility across genres and mediums.
