Frankie Bridge reveals Botox, fillers and laser tweaks as ITV intervenes in Klass feud

Frankie Bridge has laid bare every cosmetic treatment she has undergone in a candid social media post, even as tensions with Myleene Klass continue to dominate headlines.

The Saturdays star, 36, took to Instagram to answer fan questions and was pressed on how she maintains her youthful appearance. Rather than dodging, Frankie delivered a brutally honest account of her “tweakments” – from Botox to fillers – while acknowledging the stigma around cosmetic work.

“I always feel like this is a hard question to answer because you get judged for sharing and judged for not being honest,” she wrote. “I get Botox and I’m in the process of Polynucleotides for under eyes. I tried under-eye filler 100 years ago and didn’t like it – I almost passed out three times from the pain.”

Polynucleotides, a new treatment using DNA fragments to stimulate regeneration, are among the latest additions to Frankie’s routine. She added that she has also dabbled with lip filler. “I had it all dissolved and started again last year. Now I only have a little,” she admitted.

The singer also confessed to occasional “lip flip” procedures – using Botox to make the upper lip curl upwards – though she laughed at her own indecision: “Sometimes I like it, sometimes I promise never again.”

Beyond injectables, Frankie revealed she is on her final course of Aviclear, a laser treatment for acne that can cost thousands. “I’m really starting to see the benefits,” she told fans. “Barely any spots. My biggest tip would be to look after your skin. I never used to and I’d say that’s the biggest change I’ve made.”

Frankie even detailed the likely costs of her treatments: Botox sessions at £150-£350, Polynucleotides around £300 per session or £800 for a course, lip filler anywhere from £300 to £1,500, AviClear laser therapy up to £4,000 for three sessions, and lip flips also costing £150-£350 each time.

Her honesty comes at a delicate moment. Behind the glamour, ITV has reportedly stepped in to mediate ongoing tension between Frankie, her former Saturdays bandmate Rochelle Humes, and Myleene Klass. The simmering feud – rooted in rows over past relationships – spilled into public view after a series of cryptic social media posts.

Frankie’s “you’re dead to me” message was swiftly followed by Rochelle’s warning about “choosing partners wisely,” fuelling speculation of a rift. While the two ex-bandmates have since appeared to patch things up, the truce does not extend to Klass, with whom clashes remain unresolved.

ITV’s intervention reflects the intensity of the dispute, which has overshadowed both women’s television work. The awkwardness was laid bare when Klass and Bridge came face to face live on air, forcing producers to step in.

Despite the drama, Frankie has continued to present a picture of confidence, even posting a bikini snap while dismissing the feud. Yet her decision to publish a full breakdown of her cosmetic journey marks a strikingly vulnerable moment, positioning her as one of the few celebrities willing to acknowledge the realities of aesthetic treatments.

For her fans, the openness was warmly received. One follower, who prompted the disclosure by asking for her “secrets,” summed up the mood: “I’m 36 and you look amazing.” Frankie’s reply may have confirmed the tweaks behind the transformation, but it also reinforced her determination to control her own narrative – even in the midst of public disputes and ITV scrutiny
