Flyadeal Dammam Vision 2030: Enhancing connectivity with new flights to Najran, Tabuk, and Yanbu
Flyadeal Dammam Vision 2030: Saudi Arabia’s low-cost airline is expanding its network with three new domestic routes from Dammam, starting in January. The new flights to Najran, Tabuk, and Yanbu are part of the airline’s broader expansion plan, aimed at meeting the growing demand for air travel in underserved regions and supporting Vision 2030 goals.
The routes will be rolled out gradually, with daily flights to Najran and four weekly services to Tabuk beginning January 1, followed by three weekly flights to Yanbu starting January 2. The announcement was made by Steven Greenway, CEO of flyadeal, at the World Travel Market in London.
The new services are strategically aligned with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, a national blueprint aimed at diversifying the Kingdom’s economy and transforming it into a global transportation and logistics hub. Greenway emphasized that Flyadeal’s mission is to connect smaller cities and towns across the Kingdom, many of which have populations under 400,000 but a rapidly growing demand for air travel.
“Having well-established bases in Riyadh and Jeddah, flyadeal is now strengthening its presence in the Eastern Province by increasing frequencies on existing routes and adding three new destinations connected to Dammam,” Greenway stated. “These new flights will facilitate travel for business and leisure purposes and will support the growing desire among Saudis and international visitors to explore the rich diversity of our country.”

The Kingdom aims to attract 150 million visitors annually by 2030, and improving domestic mobility is seen as key to achieving this goal. By enhancing access to remote cities, flyadeal is helping to stimulate business opportunities and boost the national economy.
The three new destinations—Najran, Tabuk, and Yanbu—are strategically important. Najran is an agricultural hub in the southwest, contributing significantly to the local economy. Tabuk serves as a key gateway to the Red Sea coast and is integral to the Kingdom’s burgeoning tourism and development projects. Yanbu, located in the Madinah province, is a vital port city for petroleum and petrochemical industries, playing a pivotal role in Saudi Arabia’s efforts to diversify its economic base.
This network expansion marks the first phase of Flyadeal’s growth plan for 2025, which includes additional domestic routes and the introduction of international flights from Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam. flyadeal operates a fleet of 36 modern Airbus A320 narrowbody aircraft, ensuring both efficiency and comfort for passengers. The airline’s continued focus on sustainable and high-quality air travel supports Saudi Arabia’s broader aviation sector goals, including enhanced infrastructure, expanded service networks, and an improved customer experience.
As Flyadeal strengthens its position as a key regional airline, it remains committed to advancing Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, connecting the Kingdom with important international destinations while enhancing domestic connectivity.
