“Reality star Chloe Ferry unveils new partner Alex Swinney, calling him her soulmate”

Chloe Ferry has confirmed the identity of her new boyfriend after months of teasing fans with cryptic photos, declaring she has finally found her “forever.”

The Geordie Shore star, 30, revealed on Instagram that she is in a relationship with wealthy property developer Alex Swinney. Chloe Ferry, who had kept his face hidden in earlier posts, shared a series of images of the couple together, smiling and holding hands.

In a heartfelt caption, she described Swinney as the “love of my life” and her soulmate. “As I write this, my heart is so full that I could cry,” she told her 3.8 million followers. “After being so unlucky in love for so long, I always thought when someone amazing came along it would be too good to be true. But you’ve swept me off my feet and shown me that real love does exist.”

She added: “I can’t believe you are my forever—the one I get to grow old with and build a beautiful family alongside. To anyone who feels like giving up on love: please don’t. It comes when you least expect it.”

The images showed Ferry wearing a white cut-out outfit while Swinney opted for navy shorts and a fitted T-shirt. Both wore sunglasses as they walked hand in hand in the sunshine.

Friends and fellow reality stars rushed to congratulate her. Love Island’s Liberty Poole commented: “Yes chlo!!! So happy for you,” with a row of red heart emojis. TOWIE’s Elma Pazar wrote, “My heart, so happy for you,” while Kaz Crossley added: “Happy for youuuuu. I thought I was your soulmate though xxx.”

According to The Sun, Swinney is a well-known figure in Northumberland and has connections with other Geordie Shore alumni, including Marty McKenna and Scotty T. A source said: “Chloe is glowing with happiness. Everyone is delighted for her.”

Ferry used her post not only to introduce her partner but also to reflect on her past struggles. “You’ve given me trust again, hope again, love again. And for that, I’ll love you endlessly,” she told Swinney in her message.

Earlier this summer, Ferry had faced speculation about her personal life when she was linked to Newcastle United and England defender Kieran Trippier after the pair were seen together in Ibiza. At the time, she dismissed the rumours, saying: “We’re just friends.”

The reality star, who joined Geordie Shore in 2015, has had several high-profile relationships in the past, including with fellow cast members Sam Gowland and Owen Warner. But her latest announcement suggests she sees her future with Swinney, describing their relationship as one that has restored her faith in love.

The public reveal comes after weeks of cryptic teasers, with Ferry previously posting cropped or obscured images of her new partner to keep fans guessing. Sunday’s announcement marks the first time she has confirmed his identity outright.

With messages of support flooding in and Ferry openly embracing her new relationship, the star appears to be entering a new chapter both personally and professionally
