The incident unfolded on January 13 when the employee engaged in a heated argument with a co-worker, prompting management to intervene. Unfortunately, their attempts to de-escalate the situation resulted in the employee’s termination.
A viral video of the incident captures the disgruntled former employee demanding her belongings, a jacket, and a bag, from behind the counter. Despite her former co-workers urging her to ‘walk away,’ tensions escalate as she attempts to breach the counter, blocked by a man in a red shirt.

Despite the tumultuous scene, the incident resulted in no reported injuries. The Atlanta Police Airport Section responded to the physical dispute, with a preliminary investigation indicating a verbal dispute escalating into a physical altercation among Harvest & Grounds employees.
Delaware North, the company that owns Harvest & Grounds, released a statement expressing their commitment to investigating the incident thoroughly. A spokesperson stated, “We are actively addressing and treating with the utmost seriousness the recent video involving team members at our Harvest & Grounds location at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.”
