Scott Disick confesses he regrets infamous KUWTK antics but admits they made ‘entertaining’ TV
Scott Disick is finally owning up to some of his most infamous reality TV antics, reflecting candidly on what he now calls “bad things” he did during his time on Keeping Up with the Kardashians. Speaking at Disney Entertainment Television’s Get Real event on Tuesday, the 41-year-old reality star didn’t hold back.
The moment came as part of a panel discussion on the impact and legacy of reality television. Disick, who rose to fame as Kourtney Kardashian’s long-time partner and an ever-present wildcard on the hit E! series, was asked whether he regrets anything from his years in the spotlight.
“I don’t think I’ve said that many bad things,” Disick began. “I’ve just done a lot of bad things.”

During a heated restaurant exchange, a drunken Disick shoved a $100 bill into a waiter’s mouth, telling him to “shut your f****** mouth.”
The shocking moment made headlines at the time and has remained one of the most talked-about scenes in Kardashian history.
He also recalled another incident involving Kourtney Kardashian, with whom he shares three children. “I probably shouldn’t have invited girls on vacation while we were on vacation,” he said, alluding to a trip to Costa Rica where he infamously snuck a woman into his hotel room during what was meant to be a family getaway. The move sparked fury among the Kardashian-Jenner clan and made for incredibly awkward television.
Despite his clear embarrassment, Disick acknowledged that his controversial behaviour helped fuel the show’s long-running success. “I’ve done a lot of bad things,” he said. “But they were entertaining, I guess.”
Sitting beside him, Khloé Kardashian also reflected on her own cringe-worthy moments. “I cringe when I have to see me naked in a bath of candy,” she said, referencing the now-notorious “love tape” she made for her then-husband Lamar Odom during one particularly over-the-top episode.
For both reality stars, the conversation was a moment of reckoning—and a reminder of just how far they’ve come since the early, more chaotic days of KUWTK. Disick, who has been more subdued in recent years, has been open about his struggles with addiction and his efforts to turn over a new leaf.
Yet his appearance at the event shows he’s still able to laugh at himself—and even acknowledge that his most embarrassing moments might have helped build a reality TV empire. As reality TV continues to evolve, Disick’s story serves as both a cautionary tale and a nostalgic nod to the genre’s anything-goes era. And while he may regret some of the things he did, it’s clear that he understands their place in the cultural phenomenon that was Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
