Indonesian-American singer-songwriter NIKI has delighted her fans with the announcement of her highly anticipated third studio album, ‘Buzz.’ Slated for release on August 9th through 88rising, the record promises to be her “best” and most “honest” work to date, according to the artist herself.

\Taking to social media, NIKI shared her excitement about the upcoming release, writing, “My third and best album ‘Buzz’ is yours August 9th. Made with everything I have, with some of the best, most gifted people I know.” She described the album as an “honest account” of her life’s whirlwind experiences over the past few years, with songs written in various corners of the world, from airports and hotel rooms to cities like Mexico City, Hawaii, London, and New York.

Alongside the album announcement, NIKI has also treated fans to the first single from ‘Buzz,’ titled “Too Much Of A Good Thing.” The upbeat track, accompanied by a black-and-white music video set in the streets of New York, showcases NIKI’s signature blend of pop and R&B. The flirty lyrics find her pondering the intensity of a new relationship: “We could be too much of a good thing / But isn’t that a real good thing? / Oh baby, look me in the eye and say you don’t got it bad / Maybe it won’t be a sure thing.”
