Former President Trump refutes accusations as retracted claims surface in latest release of Epstein documents

Donald Trump has vehemently denied accusations arising from recently unsealed court documents suggesting he engaged in sex on ‘regular occasions’ at Jeffrey Epstein’s mansion. A spokesperson for the former President labeled the allegations “simply false” after they were retracted by Sarah Ransome, a victim of Epstein’s, whose claims were included in the released documents.

The court papers, part of the fourth batch of unsealed files related to Epstein’s crimes and associates, contain over 100 pages of previously undisclosed information. In an email from 2016, Ransome initially claimed that Trump had sex with “many girls” at Epstein’s mansion. However, she later retracted her statements, casting doubt on the credibility of her earlier assertions.

The allegations, which surfaced amidst the unsealing of documents tied to Epstein’s case, highlight the complex and high-profile nature of the legal proceedings. Ransome’s email alleged that Trump had engaged in sexual activities with a friend of hers, but she later recanted her claims in fear for her family’s safety.

The unsealed files, part of a lawsuit filed by Virginia Giuffre against Epstein’s co-conspirator Ghislaine Maxwell, have brought renewed attention to the sordid details surrounding Epstein’s activities. Other prominent figures named in the documents include Prince Andrew, Michael Jackson, and Stephen Hawking.

Trump’s denial of the accusations follows a similar pattern seen in responses from other figures named in the documents. The release of these files is part of a broader effort to increase transparency and accountability surrounding Epstein’s sex trafficking operations.
